A Wicked Summer coming to Bay Roberts and Surrounding Area!!

Hey all, the spring and summer in Bay Roberts is going to be awesome with some fantastic events. We have a tremendous group of town staff and volunteers who are working very hard to make this year special for everyone who visits our community. Have a look and plan your vacation or day trip to Bay Roberts. I am proud to be part of the team that will present these events to the province and beyond!! Take a minute, get your calendar and have a scroll down through the events and plan to stay in Newfoundland and Labrador this summer.

Here is a collage of some of our chefs for this years Songs, Stages and Seafood Festival. This is a world class event featuring all local seafood, music and of course chefs!!

Ok ok, Christmas is over but there are still tickets for the Chef’s Seafood BBQ and NL Fish Cake Championship!! Cast your vote on May 24th!!

Something for everyone!!! The largest youth street hockey tournament in the province happens in June!! Thousands of people flock to our small town to take part in this sporting event. There is still time to register your team.

The 25th Year of Klondyke Days will be celebrated this summer so mark your calendars !! Our volunteers are working hard to make this celebration unforgettable !!

The summer will be capped off with the NL Summer Games!! This is truly a regional effort , so plan on visiting the region and support the young athletes who will be competing for gold in Bay Roberts.

While visiting our region there is so much to see and do including  Hiking, Boat Tours, concerts, plays, visiting museums and historic sites just to name a few.

I am just a email away at ron_delaney@hotmail.com if you have a question or would like me to hook you up with more information including accommodations or nice places to eat!!

Music has always been part of ur household, especially during St. Patrick’s Day. Kaegan has always liked the drums as you can see in one of our first jam sessions with uncle Barry. Jenna Bowering has honed her fiddle skills and can play at the drop of a hat!!
